How do you charge?

To keep our service price fair we operate at upfront fixed cost - per item assembly charge. So it doesn't matter how long it takes us to assemble your furniture - You will never be charged more than what we promise you in the begining. Now that's what we call fair!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer volume discounts, so the more items you need to be build the cheaper it gets.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Do I need to supply any tools?

No. We have everything that will be required to assemble your furniture.

What happens if there are missing or damaged parts?

If it’s a missing screw or fitting we may be able to work it out as we carry a wide selection of small parts (screws, nails, wall plugs, bolt connectors and so forth). In the event that there are missing or damaged parts, we will draw your attention to it. In such circumstances, you can contact the retailer for replacements, and we do charge an additional call out fee for returning to your premises to complete the work.

Do you remove cardboard packaging?

We commonly flatten the boxes and leave cardboard packaging in a tidy manner for recycle waste collection by your local council.

Do you work on Weekends/Bank holidays or after hours?

Yes, we work on Weekends, Bank holidays and after hours that is mutually convenient.

Can you fit curtains or blinds for me?

Of course! Just inform us in advance and we will handle the task.

Can you attach my wardrobe or cupboards to the wall?

Yes! Just make sure you tell us in advance so we’ll bring the right tools.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Yes. You would need to arrange a parking permit close to your home or pay the parking fee if there is available paid parking space.
